Passing of RPD Bruno

We bring sad news this evening RPD Bruno has passed over the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 15.

Police Dog Bruno started his career with British Transport Police in 2010 as an Explosive Search Dog.

Bruno was a big hit with the public and loved nothing more than giving everyone lots of attention.

Bruno retired to his handler PC Smith in 2018 and went on to live a long and happy retirement with his family. Bruno will be missed by all that knew him.

Bruno was awarded the PDSA Order of Merit for his bravery during the tragic events that took place at Westminster Bridge and London Bridge in March & June 2017.
